What we believe in? In our region and in the contact with you, our dear guests.
Our daily room service will be available every day except on THURSDAY, towel change (on request). The kitchen will also be closed one evening a week (usually on THURSDAYS). This means that you'll have the chance to explore the surroundings of San Cassiano and discover the best restaurants, bars, and huts in San Cassiano and Alta Badia, we promote small and big businesses and are always happy to recommend the best spots for foodies. It goes without saying that during the rest of the week you can indulge in our cuisine with its innovative weekly menu consisting of Aperitif, typical ladin dinner.
For our guests who prefer to stay indoors during the WINTER season, we offer a warm soup at our Bar.
The prices per day are indicated per person per day -for a minimum stay of 4 days- for overnight stay with Half board treatmant (Salad Buffet, soup and pasta + choice between 2 main courses and Dessert), weekly welcome Aperitif with canapès and traditional Ladin dinner, breakfast buffet;
For thursday, only B&B, there is a discount of 20.00€/person/day; on this day the room cleaning service will not be carried out either; towel change on request.
The earlier you book, the better!
Yes, beacause the earlier you book, the less you pay. This means that, in order to always guarantee the best possible rate to those book early, we work with flexible rates that change depending on demand and occupancy. After all, the only constant in life is change, don't you agree?
In certain periods of the year a minimum stay may be required: thanks for understanding.
The indicated prices don’t include the local tourist tax of € 3,00/person/day. The tax is applied to guests aged over 14 (an identity document is required).
Do you suffer from allergies or follow special diets?
Please inform us of your dietary requirements well in advance: although our culinary offer is limited, we always strive to find the best possible solution for you.

- 2-4 years old: 40%
- 4-8 years old: 30%
- 8-14 years old: 20%
- Adults: 10%
- For stays of less than 4 days an additional charge is applied (please see rates list).
- Double room for single use: +70% to the pricelist (the charge may vary depending on the season).
- Access to the wellness area with whirlpool, sauna, infrared sauna, Turkish bath.
- Only in summer: sauna and steam bath on alternate days.
- Wellness area is reserved for guests over 14 years old : thanks for understanding!
- During the winter season free storage lockers for skis and boots in front of the cable car; we have a ski- and skiboot-deposit in the Hotel too.

- Solarium (sunbed) 13 minutes : € 15.00.
- Bathrobe and slippers hire for the entire stay: € 15.00; change € 10.00.
PARKING and GARAGE:
When there are no more free parking slots available in front of the hotel, we kindly ask you to park your car in our garage in the village centre (about 3 minutes on foot from the Hotel).
Parking places in the garage are subject to extra charge only in winter € 15.00/day.
All the rooms are non-smoking and equipped with the following amenities: private facilities, balcony, safe, hair-dryer, TV/SAT, free WI-FI.
Please be informed that some rooms may differ from the photos on the website.
For booking with HALF board: Guests will NOT be refunded for any unconsumed meals (except one day a week, on thursday: we offer only B&B)!
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE:
The rooms are available for check-in starting from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 19:00 and/or miss the dinner on the day of arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
On the day of departure you are kindly asked to leave your room by 10 a.m.

A reservation becomes binding only after a written confirmation accompanied by the transfer of a booking deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay. The deposit should be paid within 3 days from the reservation date via our Online Deposit service or by bank transfer to:

All cancellations and changes should be made by the client in written form.
The following conditions apply to all the cancellations and changes: in case of cancellation the deposit will be retained, as prescribed by the articles 1385 and 1386 of the Civil Code.
Cancellations are also subject to the following penalties for the services reserved:
- Cancellation till 31 days before arrival 30% of the total booked will be retained.
- From 30 to 3 days before arrival 70% of the total booked will also be retained.
- Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure and non-arrival: 100 % of the total amount of your stay .
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.
We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotestorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG
As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely online
